Anthem is the second collection of the ENKAOUA label, inspired by the rise of the techno movement in France in the 90s. It is this utopian and borderless mentality as well as its creative fusion between music and those who listen to it that is the origin of Anthem.
With this collection, Deborah Enkaoua explores a new social phenomenon and translates it into jewelry. The use of certain symbols, the black wedding ring, the mantra "Obey the night" and the mixtures, in particular, of colors and of different designs on the same piece are aesthetic characteristics which allowed Deborah to transcribe her vision of this subculture.
Anthem is inspired by a social phenomenon that was both real during the rise of techno but still present today: an almost religious transcendence, which can be found at all stages of any evening, this parallelism between the night world and places of religious worship is at the origin of the collection.
